Our own factory, Well-Bond Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, 100km from Guangzhou, specializes in down garments. Established in 2004, this factory is composed of 2 buildings, covering 7,000 square meters of working surface. Its technical department is capable to develop new products according to clients' specifications. Continuous training improves its technical and management level. A group of skillful workers insures the sampling process of new products. 13 stitching teams, including 400 workers, produce 800 to 1,000 pieces of down jackets everyday. The precise down filling weight of each cell and taping process for waterproof products are under strict supervision. Moreover, strict quality control is carried out at the reception of raw materials, before cutting, after cutting, in production, after assembly, and before and after packaging. Customers come with their requests and orders and go with satisfaction.

In addition to our own factory, we have 3 partner garment factories in the region of Pearl River Delta, technically able to produce all kinds of woven garments with special experience and know-how in production of skiwear, waterproof windbreakers and other outdoor wear.
